Second star to the right

What I wore Friday night as we went out to dinner for my mom's birthday just us girls which also included my little daughter!

THe inspiration:

I bought this jumper suit a few years ago to wear at my holiday potluck party. It is very fluid and comfy but I haven't worn it again. With the moto jacket it was totally dinner material...

Jumper, Jacket - Forever 21
Sandals - Steve Madden
Necklace - Baublebar

FRIDAY NIGHT:
Even though I was insanely rushing that day and here is a snapshot:
Get up at 5:30 AM, go to work by 7, work until 2, go direct to school with an ice cream scoop in my hand, serve ice cream to 100+ kids as my son's student council town hall meeting.
Take him and his 2 friends and my daughter in the car, hit to the cupcake store to buy cupcakes for my mom's b-day but also feed the kids cupcakes while we are there.
Come back home, Prep the boys sleeping beds and get them ready for a cold night at the baseball game. Wrap presents and write cards and pack cupcakes, champagne, candle and matches. Wait for hubby to come home to take them. Then bath daughter and for some crazy reason decide to do this pinterest hair style on her and get dressed myself and get in an uber to meet my mom and sister and friends for the birthday dinner!

In her Kate Spade dress and pink booties!

And how much she loves when I fuss on dressing her... The genes had to go somewhere...

And here are the boys living it up at the Baseball Game....

Slick

Got this jumper from the Bazaar here. Usually I don't buy rompers cause they are too difficult to go to the bathroom. But this is strapless therefore same effort as pulling elastic waist pants down…
I did my hair slick and to the back for a change and too much effort to style it for the night….
My son said I looked like 'Draco Malfoy' from Harry Potter with this hair style:
He is totally right! :)

My mom bought me this 'Leo' necklace for my birthday...

Romper - From Turkey
Necklace - gift
Sandals - C Wonder

(LAST) SATURDAY:
My cousin begged to go to the bazaar with me. So I left my kids with my parents and she left her son with the nanny and we headed off. I have been going there two saturday's in a row and we always park in the same spot and start the bazaar in the same direction and when we get to a certain point we realize it is late and turn around. Therefore I had never seen what was beyond that point. This time I held onto my cousin's arm and literally dragged her with a speed walk all the way to the end. It was quite long and then we started looking walking back… I bought the most random things. Like water bottle covers, berry strainer, more cool t-shirts two of them from topshop! Watches and even swim suits. She got sandals and dresses and clothes for her son. By the time we sat down to eat something we realized we had been shopping for 5 hours straight!!!!!
I swear though it is the most amazing bazaar…

At night my cousin's fiance's parents were visiting and we had a big family dinner where my cousin and uncle BBQ'd….

July Plays

Totally behind this weekend. This was my outfit yesterday (Wednesday)....

The inspiration from May 2011 issue of In Style Magazine... I know really old but I have been saving it cause I bought this jumper and wore it a few times so topping it over a striped tank was another remix idea....

Jumper - Guess
Tank, oxfords, necklaces - Forever 21
Purse - Target
Sunglasses - Karen Walker

TUESDAY's OUTFIT

The inspiration for this outfit was from Spring catalog of Anthropologie catalog:

I think this top is so cute but the cut is a bit challenging to wear as it can make you look very large in the midsection.
Top, Pants - Forever 21
Sandals - From Turkey

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY:
Tuesday was outdoor class.
Wednesday we went to Jr. Theater to see the play 'Dr. DoLittle'. The kids were brilliant in the play the oldest one being 16 and the youngest actors were 8 years old. They even used a british and Irish accent. Unfortunately the accent went over our kids heads a bit but they still managed to watch the entire 2 hour play. Afterwards a few of us stayed in the area to ride the zoo train then had our huge group of boys play on the grass a game of tackle that was very hard for us mommies to watch but it comes with the territory of having sons.

After the play we stayed in the area as my daughter started ballet classes in the same park. Then I met my husband to give the kids to him and met my friends for happy hour and a play. It was quite a day filled with theater!
