What I wore last friday... which was an insanely crazy day that started at 6:30 AM and ended at 7 PM....

Inspiration:

This is the new faux fur vest I got from Cabi. Unlike my other fur vest it is less bulky and a lot easier to carry and has pockets! :)

FRIDAY:
It started with my son's first Student Council meeting and swearing in ceremony by a real judge that came to the school. I was so proud of him as he stepped out of his comfort zone to run for 4th grade class rep and prepared his whole speech himself and apparently delivered with humor and won!

Then I drove 5 children including my son to the university for this class field trip to study Geology:

Then we got back and when the school was out (there was about a 20 minute break in between) we gathered the girls in my daughter's troop and drove them to a pumpkin station for fun and rides!!!!

My off shoulder black and white top didn't quite look so right so I went with the striped top instead. I like the unusual combination of blue and white with military green...
Animal print heels are a nice touch too...

FRIDAY & SATURDAY:
I finally got better thanks to booster shot from my Dr and left for our girl getaway right after dropping off the kids at School on Friday.
We drove to the Hot Springs Spa to spend a day of bliss soaking in mineral pools and mud and clay masks….

After the spa closed we showered and got dressed and drove down to Temecula for dinner followed by live music and wine at a Winery than spent the night at my friend's Temecula vacation home and woke up to the wide open spaces Saturday morning….
