SUNDAY:
Since the kids were at my parents I slept in to overcome the late night we had Saturday night at my hubby's holiday party and the after party...
We then ventured out for brunch before coming home and getting the kids...
At night we had our annual tradition of meeting up at at a doughnut shop after dinner and hitting a neighborhood with Holiday lights with kids amped up on sugar! :)

MONDAY:
We are having a nice and quiet week this week before Christmas. After the such busy days of last week  and weekend, it is quite a treat.  We are also on a Star Wars Marathon. We bought tickets for the new movie for Christmas Eve day so our goal is to re-watch all the previous movies in order before that. I have seen bits and pieces of them but never had the whole story or the characters clearly defined. The kids know so much more so they help me catch up as we watch. We are trying to do one movie a day but they are long so we usually have to pause and take breaks and come back.
Monday night we met up with our friends for our annual Holiday Lights outing.
