Without you my friend

Wednesday's outfit was inspired by this pinterest post:

Sweater, Jeans, Necklace - Forever 21
Blouse - H&M
Shoes - Shoedazzle

WEDNESDAY:
Was crazy busy day before Thanksgiving, buying last minute items and preparing some of the prep work of the dishes and setting table etc… Of course kids had activities such as swim team practice, playdate in the park and baseball practice.
I ended the night by going over to my friend's house who just moved out to help her assemble ikea furniture over a bottle of wine! :)

Keep on Believing

Tuesday's outfit was inspired by a look in a shoe website called Sole Society:
I get inspirations from all sorts of sites and magazines. Retail sites are full of outfit gems…
I loved the 'riding' look of this outfit with the skinny jeans tall boots and a tweed blazer. The white denim is unexpected against the dark colors...

 Blazer - H&M
Top - Kika Paprika
Jeans - Zara
Boots - Ivanka Trump
Necklace - Forever 21
Sunglasses - House of Harlow

TUESDAY:
Well I figured out where all these mom's in our school that look ridiculously fit in their perfect fitting gym clothes all go to…
There is apparently boot camp trainer that holds classes 6 days a week in the neighborhood right after drop off time which suits the mommies perfectly….
And turns out I know most of them that take the class. The trainer is a guy our age and knows his audience. Meaning he realizes we are not 20 sth young guys training. He is encouraging and knows when to push and when to back off. I felt completely out of shape but not uncomfortable. He started with a 'light' run which is probably the toughest thing for me as I hate running. But I am also horrible with directions and the fear of getting lost and not finding my way back motivated me to keep up with them. Of course I was so stiff and soar and hurting afterwards but will probably keep with it as working out with others really helps and the time and location couldn't be more fitting….

Another day in paradise

Styling this cute tee from the line I sell with dark skinny jeans and a cream blazer jacket...
The inspiration was from the ChiccaStyle Blog:

I was initially going to add my white blazer but then felt the cream/off white one looked softer against the yellow...

The cream/brown owl charm necklace picks up on all the colors and the green clutch adds a pop of color.

I have brown platform booties like the inspiration photo but these were more practical for a day in pre-school and I was too lazy and out of time to do a photo op with the others...

Here is the cool 'Beth' tee by Kika Paprika under the jacket:

Jacket, Necklace - Forever 21
Tee - 'Beth' in citrus from Kika Paprika
Jeans - H&M
Boots - Via Spiga
Sunglasses - Karen Walker
Clutch - Romwe

MONDAY:
Had a fun preschool day with the kids then it was back to the house to host a playdate with one of my Turkish mommy friends and her two daughters...
When I was doing the above photo shoot though the kids wanted to get in on it so took some cute shots...
