Lurking Presence

What I wore Tuesday night to a night out with the girls for dinner followed by an experience in an 'Escape Room' event...

A bit of a funky combination, but I love trying 'funky combo's' so I think it is quirky but works... :)

TUESDAY:
The 'Escape Room' was fun....
We did the haunted 'Harvest Motel' version...
They split us up and locked us in 4 separate rooms where we had to solve puzzles and riddles to eventually open the room door. Then as a group we had to solve another puzzle to get out of the hallway and a final puzzle to get out of the lobby. In the lobby though there was a live actor who was a 'lurking presence' that was quite creepy. Needless to say majority of us, with the exception of one of my friends, were not very good and needed help to move forward... Fun though...

I liked this layers of white over green pants look. I was going to add my superga sneakers but then went with these lizard skin loafers for a more sophisticated look. I was advised by my friends to wear flats cause we walked to the restaurant from my friend's house….

THURSDAY:
Well, it happened. For the firs time in my life I was underdressed at an event!
I never read the fine print for this event we were going and decided for once to dress down and be comfortable and blend in somehow. Well, turns out it was cocktail attire and I had jeans on!
Oh well… Had to own and kept going….
It was a fun event and totally free and cool venue to get together….
