FRIDAY:
I was at the kids school almost all day Friday… Started with gate duty in the morning followed by volunteering in my sons class followed by volunteering in the Art class for two first grade classes including my daughter's. It is truly amazing to watch kids create art.
I had very little time to come home to eat lunch then back out again running errands and grocery shopping for the sailing boat trip the next day.
After picking up kids from school and their swim team practice got them showered and ready and packed all the bags for the next day and met up with the family at a Korean BBQ restaurant family birthday dinnrer….

Well the weather went from super hot to immediate late fall in a flash here and we were going to the ice rink anyway so this all black outfit with white sneakers was the perfect comfy outfit…

Trick or treating madness….

Great Halloween…
Started the day with my daughter's ice skating performance wearing costumes followed by two soccer games with only half an hour break to get ready for the Halloween party at my friend's house followed by a full cardio trick or treating session in their neighborhood full of hills chasing kids who are on a sugar high and in a race to get the most candy…
How else can you burn all the candy calories? :)
