 This was last night's outfit...to an event at a downtown club to announce the release of the new blackberry! 

The inspiration was from the Fall Trend 2012 issue of the BCBG catalog....

I liked the combination of the yellow top with a black and white jacket...And you can never go wrong with leather pants and gold accents....

LAST NIGHT:

So as usual my friend who is in every mailing list for any cool event that takes place in my city got us hooked up for this event. It was a hosted bar and food on a roof top deck of a very hip downtown club. You had to go through couple stations where they demo'd the cool features of this new phone then you won a prize. Most of us got stuff like speakers and tumblers but of course my friend won 1 out of 10 phones they were giving away that night! Then her brother in law won one too! It was pretty amazing...

She came with all her 3 sisters and I brought my only sister.

 Today's outfit was inspired by the most recent Anthropologie catalog. I loved the mix of aqua with red and peach and pops of yellow....

My sister got me this bling backpack for xmas from my pintrest wish list. I loved using it for the trip to the zoo. Now that we are starting to ditch the stroller actually need a backpack to carry all the stuff that would originally go into the stroller. And of course classic backpacks really cramp my style so this is going to be perfect.

Today was the first day of my son's spring break so took both kids to the zoo and met my friend and her daughter there. The kids were like little monkeys literally hanging from every single pole, rod, fence they could find. The zoo was so ridiculously packed due to spring break so the lines were huge but they kept each other entertained...

I decided to really go blue with electric blue jeans instead of a dark rinse. And used my studded blazer for some interest and therefore went with silver accessories...

THESE DAYS:

Busy with work and kids' valentines activities. Lots of valentines to write and prepare with them. My daughter is actually super into it and worked really hard on her cards. My son not so much but finally got him to finish. They both have their parties tomorrow so Thursday actual Valentine's day will be quiet. And my hubby and I plan to go out Friday night. :)

We are also going strong with P90X videos. Tuesdays are tough as they are 'playodynamics' which is 'jump training'. It is brutal. But already from last week to this week we both feel stronger and less out of breath. Haven't seen any changes on my body yet but I know that takes at least a week or two and we are just on the cusp of week 2.
