In Craft We Trust

What I wore Saturday as I met up with the girls to do a self guided 'brewery crawl' for my friend's b-day...

Inspiration from this Pinterest:

I realized I probably gone much more casual but I had been wanting to wear this dress since I lost the weight so not casual for me...

Dress - SheIn
Necklace - Baublebar
Wedges - From Turkey

SATURDAY:
Here are the fun photos we took as we went from one brewery to another. San Diego is now theming with them... I am not a beer drinker though so asking for the lightest beer in every place and getting smaller pours was the way I had to go.
The food was good though but beer and bar food all night is quite filling...
It was a fun experience...

Play Ball

What I wore to Super Bowl Sunday....

Inspiration:

Burgundy dress with white booties created a nice pop...

Before I went with the streamlined version of the outfit above, I played around with these variations:

1. Long maxi knit vest with a belt... Too boho and bulky...

2. Then I added the olive/burgundy scarf... Again felt too much...

SO Finally ditched them all and went this:
Dress - Cotton On
Jacket - Forever 21
Booties - Zara

Scarf - Ann Taylor LOFT
Knit Vest - Kohl's

Jazz it Up

My outfit Thursday inspired loosely on this pinterest post:

The idea was the form fitting dress with a large scarf and boots. Since my dress was midi instead of mini I went with booties instead of OTK ones….

Dress - Forever 21
Scarf - TJ Maxx
Booties - Aldo

THURSDAY:
Staring to get sick again which sucks but hung in there to go to the kids School Family Dance that night. My son was very annoyed cause I made him dress 'fancy' even though all he had on was grey jeans a white t-shirt and a button down as a jacket. My daughter on the other hand couldn't wait to wear the fanciest clothes she had and even applied lip gloss. She had a blast dancing all night. I sold our school logo wear during the dance and had good sales….
