WEDNESDAY:
The Weather is crazy here. It is rainy and cloudy and yet suffocatingly humid and hot. Like the tropics. But we had back to back ice skating so I had to wear an outfit that had many layers. I actually had a grey tee even under the striped top to accommodate the day....
Wednesdays are crazy for us. I must have driving from home to kids school over 4 times.
Morning was parenting workshops and volunteering at the school library. Then going back to pick up my Son at 1:45. After a short stop at home had to go out again to pick up my daughter at 3 PM from her play practice. Then drove again at 4 to drop off my son at Tennis. Back on the road at 5 to drive my daughter to ice skating lessons, had dinner there and she had her ice skating team practice after that. Back home close to 7 PM! Exhausted...

FRIDAY:

Crazy busy day starting with my school gate duty followed by watching my daughters grade performing the Friday Pledge then their Spring Sing concert... Then volunteered in Art Classes for 2 hours. Had an hour or so at home then got the kids ready and took my daughter and her friend for their 2 hour dress rehearsal of their Ice Skating performance that will take place Saturday...

WEDNESDAY:
Went for another walk this morning with my sister and this time my step dad and mom joined us too. But our walking speeds are a bit different so we compromised...

By lunch I met up my daughter's girl scout troop at the school for their meeting and cookie awards. She came in at top 2nd in cookie sales with 228 boxes sold and over $1100 in sales! And she is 7!

SUNDAY:
AFter our sailing trip somehow in the morning I started perking up. Got home and unpacked and did some laundry and showered and got dressed. I had promised my little princess we would go to the mall. She wanted to just 'hang out' and 'look around' as she put it. We started with the Disney store followed by lunch and the temporary American Girl store. She had brought her money and picked a big toy at American Girl store and bought it herself. I bought xmas PJs for the whole family at Disney store and we even found the burgundy dress I was looking for her for our holiday photo shoot at Gap at 40% off.
Very productive.
But at the end I started feeling the cold coming and when we got home I collapsed and have been sick as a dog for 4 days since then…. :(
