Cheer and Dance

Wednesday's outfit was inspired by 'Who What Wear' site again:

Tank, Jeans - Forever 21
Flats - Tilly's

WEDNESDAY:
It was the last day of the first session of the kids' after school programs today. My son got a trophy from Chess class (2nd place 3 times in a row, keeps missing the 1st spot just by a few points)…

Then we watched my daughter do her 'Cheer and Dance' performance with her class. That was so adorable. It was mostly 4th and 5th graders. My daughter was the only kindergartener and there was one other little girl from 1st grade. Of course the older girls were so much better with their crazy gymnastics moves and rail skinny bodies. But she hung there. Might not have the skills yet but she definitely has the full 'cheerleader' attitude…

The Numbers Game

Tuesday's outfit was inspired by a look from 'Who What Wear' website...

For some reason though my outfit quite didn't have this flowy look. Not sure why. May be the boots instead of sandals…

Tee, Belt - Forever 21
Pants - Madewell
Boots - Steve Madden
Purse - Thread Show
Jean Jacket - H&M

TUESDAY:
We had family Math day at my son's school in the morning. We visited the 4 2nd grade class rooms with our kids and met all the teachers and played math games with the kids.
I also volunteered in the afternoon and went to my daughter's gymnastics class where I supervise my son do pretty much his entire weekly homework.

Pumpkins in Sight

Monday's outfit was inspired by People Style Watch's April 2014 issue:

I didn't have a similar tank but used the bright and silky top over the very distressed white denim jeans. The contrast is cool I think….

Top - from Peter Pilotto collection of Target
Jeans - Forever 21
Earrings - Cookie Lee
Slip on's - Sam Edelman Circus

MONDAY:
Volunteered at my daughter's class again today and picked up the kids right on time when they got out of school and we went straight to the pumpkin station to meet our friends.
Had to skip swimming but we knew to find a common afternoon some of us were going to have to miss some sort of sporting activity as we all have our afternoons full.
We also figured the boys are getting too old to enjoy the mini rides so this could be our last year. But then again my friend pointed out may be not as there were a few 40 year old enjoying the giant jumpy slide with our kids! :)

They barely fit into these swings. It was a major hassle trying to get them out. My son has been shooting up like crazy getting so tall at 89th percentile for his age it was hilarious to see them in the tiny swings….

We come every year with the same group. It will be so nostalgic to look back when they are all in their teens and full of attitude at these photos and reminisce….
