I don't have a feather skirt but this Ann Taylor skirt is cut to give a similar look...

Initially I had the blouse buttoned up like the inspiration but it made me look like a solid block so I was going to just change to a different outfit and as I started unbuttoning my shirt I realized it looked great if I just unbutton couple on top! :)

Started the day with watching our neighborhood Holiday parade...

After the parade I raced to cook dinner and finish laundry and in the process splattered all over my tee and had to change to a black sweater right before going out to meet my book club group....
