White, Silver and Black

Thursday night's outfit was inspired by Who What Wear website:

I love the simplicity of the outfit where the silver metallic oxfords pop...

THURSDAY:
Well, it happened. For the firs time in my life I was underdressed at an event!
I never read the fine print for this event we were going and decided for once to dress down and be comfortable and blend in somehow. Well, turns out it was cocktail attire and I had jeans on!
Oh well… Had to own and kept going….
It was a fun event and totally free and cool venue to get together….

TUESDAY:
I have been working out pretty consistently for about couple months now.
It's amazing how good I feel since I've been working out.
I don't 'see' much difference when I look in the mirror although my trainer says he sees pure muscle when I am doing the moves but since we workout outside at a public park there are no mirrors for me to See myself.
But I feel myself getting stronger.
I remember when I first started Bootcamp I watched these women do full push ups in 1 minute, slam thick navy ropes like they are
Ribbons. Lift giant weight balls and steady planks and run like the wind with little effort while huffed and puffed and collapsed and modified like crazy just to keep up. Now I am happy to say I am one them  I feel my body lighter when I run. I feel less restriction when I stretch. I find myself I can do push ups and planks and my least favorite burpees without struggle. And when I hike with friends i find I am less out of breath when walking at a fast pace uphill. It really is nice.

Every week I sit and do our family schedule for the upcoming g week which is when I decide where I am going to fit exercise to each crazy day. Bootcamp is very high impact so I keep it to 2 or 3 days and the rest I support with Pilates, yoga and hiking with friends.

Feels good. :)
