Well, I worked all day non stop to prepare a table of appetizers that were fresh out of pinterest posts…

My daughter and her friend did a cheer and gymnastics show for us...

And Ready for Santa….

Notice how we leave fruit and a festive drink instead of cookies and milk…

We like to offer something different for Santa...

So I had a mustard top I was going to wear but I must have decided to give it away as I couldn't find it in my closet. So decided to go with this metallic top and add the mustard via the purse instead….

TUESDAY:
The whole family woke up not feeling great. I was able to drop off the kids at my parents house mid day and hit the grocery store for the Xmas gathering then started cooking as soon as I got home. My friend came over a bit earlier and we went and got our nails done before going out…

A season to shine

The inspiration for this outfit was from a look at Urban Outfitters:

I changed up the colors of the top as my leather top is burgundy….

So here is the story with this outfit…
I initially wore this and took these photos last Thursday as my husband and I had planned to go on a date night. But as his work has been crazy lately he got a call and had to stay at work and we cancelled our date…
I wore the outfit again this Monday night when we finally got to go on our date….

 But last week this was the day I had gotten my new hair cut….
