SUNDAY:
Oh my goodness what an amazing day we had on Sunday. Met up with my friends on a roof top deck of a yoga studio at 8 am in the morning. And came across this scene of silky ropes hanging from the ceiling a circular pattern. We were quite scared as we did know what to expect from this upcoming 'Ariel Yoga' class!
At the end of class which was absolutely amazing the instructor took a few photos of us putting us back in positions we were in class and hooking our legs together for an amazing photo op….
After the class and fun photos we settled in the vegetarian cafe with some yummy green smoothies loaded up with Kale, avocado, bananas and protein. Then we go massages in the same building 2 at a time and had an amazing looking and tasting but not very filling lunch there.
We strolled around the neighborhood (which is where my kids go to school) going in and out of shops and having a great time. We were commenting on how every stay home mom is dressed from head to toe in lulu lemon's and went in to try their pants and tops and were amazed and how flattering they looked on. We all might be converted to the fad now… Who knows…
After we had enough shopping and started to get hungry again after our non meat lunch decided to make it to another roof top deck bar and appetizers. Unfortunately the fog came in so you can't see the view but it was beautiful.
