Great Lengths

 WELL, Here is my once again new hair!  It is finally the look I wanted this fall: Thick blunt straight bangs, Dark auburn hair and long.... I didn't think I could ever get long but got lucky with my mom renting her room to a stylist who styled them at cost. And they are real hear from Turkey. They are naturally straight so I will only have to worry about styling my own part of the hair which hopefully will make it OK as I am a bit worried how much maintenance this is going to require.
These extensions can stay for about 3 months then they will have to be professionally removed. They can either be re-installed or turned into a clip attachment. Lets see how it goes...

 The pieces look a little bit too loose but kind of works I think. I loved the idea of adding gold wedges underneath!

Welcome to a new segment of my blog that will hopefully take place every Monday!

I will be featuring a wonderful lady every week styled in the gorgeous Kika Paprika clothes and the accessories I sell. I am hoping this will not only be fun but also a great way to introduce this amazing clothing line to more people....

Who is wearing Kika Paprika this week?

Meet: Aimee

A San Diego native, mother of three and an ex teacher Aimee has been rocking Kika clothes for two season now as they fit great to her everyday life style of a busy stay home mom...

 We topped the striped 'Rita' tank with the super on trend military style jacket called 'Sami'. Kept it open so the stripes can show (plus the Jacket I had on my rack is not exactly Aimee's size).
As bottoms Aimee is wearing our very comfy pocket boot cut pants. While looking like slacks these pants are as comfortable as your favorite sweat pants/yoga pants.

 For accessories, we added the cookie lee wire bangle set and the ROYAL SAPPHIRE STATEMENT RING.

For earrings, these art deco looking rings actually resemble apulettes and go really nicely with this military jacket!

Apple Festival

 This was my outfit on Sunday... Mixing up floral prints in different colors was inspired by this ad:

 This top is so comfy. It has a cotton back and sleeve hems and the front is silky...

 Long black feather earrings blend in the hair in the just the right way...

WEEKEND:
Had a fun weekend. Saturday was spent driving 1.5 hours each way inland to a town called Julian to pick apples with a group of friends. The kids love this activity and eat so many apples along the way.
Sunday we had Turkish school followed by swimming with grandparents and dinner at home.
The diet is going great. Buying all organic is quite expansive but sure tastes sooo much better. Both my hubby felt pretty good about surviving the apple pie activity of Saturday without cheating at all!
