Casual Shells

I have been taking it easy and casual the last couple days as I work hard on my recruiting and booking shows efforts...

This top and bottom are from the Kika Paprika line I sell. The thermal top is heavenly soft and yet lightweight at the same time. The 3/4 sleeves are perfect and the gathering in the back gives it a slimming effect. Yoga pants are amazing quality cotton that keep their shape and oh so comfy.
I added the multi layered shell necklace because it goes so nicely and adds instant trend and chicness to an otherwise very casual outfit...

Yoga Pants in Espresso by Kika Paprika
Necklace - Cookie Lee
Boots - UGGs

I am going to work on a couple collage posts to reflect back on all the outfits I have worn to date from my line and also friends and family that have been styling the pieces as well...

I am the boss

 My outfit yesterday (Wednesday)!

The inspiration was from this tiny corner photo of People Style Watch Magazine's Feb 2011 issue:
Since I thrifted this cute little plaid tie couple years ago I always look for simple combinations to go with it. And this was definitely simple... jeans, button down and the tie!

Button down - La Redoute
Jeans - H&M
Tie - Thrifted
Belt - Forever 21
Shoes - From Turkey
Sunglasses - House of Harlow

WEDNESDAY:
Pre school in the morning. Then my mom came to take the kids so I could work. I am working hard right now to build a team and recruit for the upcoming season. So exciting cause I was born to lead and would love to have a group of people who I like doing the same thing! I love how my job can feel so exciting and fun!

LIPS

We had a fun night out with the girls (and my step dad) tonight at a drag club!
Where else can you wear a tutu and get away with it? :)

I realize this looks total ballerina like but that is what I absolutely love about it...

Layered two chunky necklaces...

When we parked the car this was in the parking lot and although it looked very dusty and dirty the girls insisted we take my photos cause it matched my outfit perfectly...

Love is a Good Thing

My outfit on Mother's Day this Sunday!

The inspiration was from Bee (Atlantic Pacific):

Seeing her outfit I realized I could pair this pretty floral top I got last year from Anthropologie's clearance with my new waxed skinny green jeans:
All photos taken in my mom's beautiful front yard!

Top - Anhropologie
Jeans - Asos
Shoes - Nine West
Purse - Kate Spade
Necklace - Cookie Lee
(later I replaced it with the beautiful one my sister gave me that day)
Bracelets - Tiffany's, Red Envelope and beaded evil eye ones from Turkey

SUNDAY:
Had a lovely brunch with family and friends hosted by my Mom and Step Dad at their house/backyard. Afterwards left the kids with the hubby and took the afternoon off spending quality time with my little sis and mom in our 'natural habitat' (mall/shopping). It was so nice to leisurely shop and browse and laugh together. We then watched a movie when the stores closed. Great day!

Hope to all my readers who are mother's had a lovely day too!
