I didn't have a similar tank but used the bright and silky top over the very distressed white denim jeans. The contrast is cool I think….

MONDAY:
Volunteered at my daughter's class again today and picked up the kids right on time when they got out of school and we went straight to the pumpkin station to meet our friends.
Had to skip swimming but we knew to find a common afternoon some of us were going to have to miss some sort of sporting activity as we all have our afternoons full.
We also figured the boys are getting too old to enjoy the mini rides so this could be our last year. But then again my friend pointed out may be not as there were a few 40 year old enjoying the giant jumpy slide with our kids! :)

They barely fit into these swings. It was a major hassle trying to get them out. My son has been shooting up like crazy getting so tall at 89th percentile for his age it was hilarious to see them in the tiny swings….

We come every year with the same group. It will be so nostalgic to look back when they are all in their teens and full of attitude at these photos and reminisce….

SUNDAY:
While my son settled in to watch the big Charger game with Daddy and a friend I took my very excited daughter to her first kindergarten birthday.
Even though it was a boy party she was still besides herself to see majority of her classmates outside of school.
Of course I was reminded what part of town we live in and go to school at as the birthday house was quite impressive with a front yard the size of our backyard and a backyard with a full tennis court. Lovely people though and it was nice to meet other parents and watch the kids mingle…

SATURDAY:
Sorry I haven't been writing much in my last few posts. I find it easier to just post after the photos and if I wait to write it tends to delay the post… I still enjoy taking the photos but I am in pretty much the same routine every week and feels boring to write about.
I might write occasionally more about my thoughts may be….
Even though it gets pretty hectic and tiring we truly enjoy the soccer games kids have every Saturday.
Really bonding with the parents in both teams and it is such a joy to see how much kids love it too.
Especially my son. We stayed after the game this saturday as they had the last game of the afternoon and the field was available. Our amazing coach kept them playing.
Unfortunately some of the kids' true passion is football. So once they had enough soccer we had to let them stay and play football which is very very hard for a parent to watch as they pile up on each other but the good thing is these boys are all the same size and strength so hoping they can't do too much damage.
My mom cooked us dinner when we got home and it was a nice family night.
Plus I ordered two new games. Monopoly for my son and it was so much fun teaching him how to play. He is getting the hang of it.
And a alphabet game for my daughter which would be more fun if she played with a few more kindergarten friends….
