Not Easy

 This is what I wore Monday to start yet another work week...

The inspiration is from Cabi's last season catalog:

Since I lost the weight this all looked a bit too slouchy and some what drab but I had very limited time in the morning so just had to accept and go with it...

The inspiration photo is much more fitted. I tried putting the belt on the outside like hers but the vest was too loose and the belt was too big to cynch up around my natural waist.

 What I wore on Monday...

Inspired by these cabi looks:

 However, instead of a faux fur scarf which would have been too warm for the day I put on a silk scarf which is very much making a come back this season.
And luckily I had saved all my silk scarves from years ago so have a nice collection to go with... :)

 Loving these cropped distressed jeans from Zara. I temporarily moved my other black jeans to a side closet and will be going with these quite often for that edgy on trend look...

 What I wore Friday night as I had a million of errands to run before my daughter's family b-day dinner so had to pick an outfit that would last me all day during the craziness...

Inspiration was this little photo from Pinterest:

The idea was the plaid shirt under a cute graphic sweater and skinny pants...

I went with statement earrings instead of a necklace to not take away from the bow print of the sweater...

My little sunshine girl turned 8 on Friday! Daddy bought her Krispy Kreme doughnuts to take to class to celebrate at school. I got her twizzlers so she can celebrate with her swim team in the afternoon and after swim we met the whole family for dinner!

Just another day to Relax

 What I wore Sunday as most of the day my hubby and I enjoyed the day without kids. 

I was on Day 6 of the 30 day challenge by Danette May so what I can order was very limited but we managed.

I already feel my stomach has completely flattened and am so happy on this program...

I could have gone with the color scheme and wear my black and white sweater or go with the large number theme and wear this sweatshirt. I decided to do that so I can wear the nude pointy toe and blush sunglasses...
