You’ll miss the best things if you keep your eyes shut

This was my outfit yesterday. I was so tired last night that didn't even have the energy to log on.

This combo was inspired by the 'Late Afternoon' blog...
Like Atlantic Pacific she is one of those power house blogs that have amazing followship and the outfits she posts read like a fashion magazine. So does some of the brands as well.
So this is the cheaper version of her combo...

I liked the idea of combining animal print with sorbet colored stripes and a tweed jacket.
For daytime I swapped the nude heels with gold metallic loafers...

I just love love love this shoe dazzle bag! And I totally use it to the park and pre-school. It is so roomy but looks perfectly structured and always the same size! When my hands are full I put on the long strap cross body.

Jacket - H&M
Top - TJ Maxx
Jeans  - Forever 21
Heels - Steve Madden
Necklaces - Forever 21 and shoedazzle
Purse - Shoedazzle

YESTERDAY (FRIDAY):
Had another fun egg hunt at the park this time with our indoor class but for Easter we had a field trip to a local park. My daughter got a chance to showcase yet another one of her pretty dresses she got from family on her b-day. This one is from my Dad and he picked it out all by himself!
After school I dropped off my daughter at my mom's then went to our tax appointment than did some shopping and even though I went to pick up my daughter she insisted on spending the night there so came home alone and after a 1.5 hour of workout we were wiped out.

She is big on doing the 'courtsy' now!

Story time before the egg hunt....

Then the kids wait with the egg crates. Helps them count and stop after collecting a dozen eggs.

With her best pals... Enjoying their treats....

  3. Great job on the remake. Your hair is getting so long. Tell your dad he did a nice job on the dress.
