Bring It On

Wednesday's outfit was inspired by this pinterest post:

I got this cheaper version of a puffer vest in navy and have a few outfit ideas… This one was a crisp combination with white denim and brown tall boots and a denim shirt...

Vest - Forever 21
Denim Shirt - From Turkey
White Denim - Zara
Boots - Via Spiga
Necklace - Cookie Lee
Tote - LV

WEDNESDAY:
Started the morning with a long dr and lab appointments then rushed to school to sell logo wear and pick up my son. Drove back to where my dr appointments were to take my son for his dental cleaning then back towards home to dress him in baseball gear and drop him off at my friend's so she can take them to all star baseball practice while I went back to school to pick up my daughter and take her swimming then went to the baseball fields to pick up the boys and deliver the friend to his house then home.
Exhausting….

In the moment

Monday's outfit was inspired by a J  Crew 'look' from their factory Website:

I hadn't worn my down vest in a while so it was perfect to pair over this fair isle sweater which has a touch of pink in it and they went great together… To be hones though I didn't keep the patent leather heels on and switched to uggs as we were going ice skating! :)

Vest - FOrever 21
Sweater - H&M
Jeans - Closet
Heels - J Crew

MONDAY:
It was a holiday here and the kids were off school. We met up and the ice skating rink first for lunch then to skate. My sister came too and here and I rented skates and were on the ice as well while her husband, my parents watched. My ankles and side of my legs were burning from using muscles I never use but it was fun.
It is also amazing how I got better at skating from watching the kids skate. Didn't know if that is possible. I was joking the other day with my friends. May be I have this special talent of learning a sport by watching so next you will see me playing soccer and basketball! :)

Pink Puffer Vest

I got this combination idea from the J Crew website:

The kikaPaprika t-neck and skirt were the perfect colors but my vest is more of a fuchsia pink while theirs is bubblegum. Still cute idea though I thought.

While the J Crew vests are in the $100 range this one from F21 was $15 and came in 6 colors. Super soft too. I kept it on all day like a top.

I am so glad I got these boots. I keep reaching out for them more and more for outfits I never thought I would pair them with. They just add that grunge look with vibrant shine and such deep color. Plus unlike the real Doc Martens these have a size zip so I never have to worry about the ties!

TODAY:
My son is back at school today so we are officially back in our routine. I am still playing catch up with my annual photo album project and emails and work. Hoping to catch-up by the end of this week. May be then I can set-up some solid goals.
